About Spyhce by 8vance:

Spyhce-by 8vance is a Dutch-German-Romanian high-tech scale-up that has developed the first autonomous matching technology for talents and recruiters. With AI, Big Data and Digital Twin technology, our goal is to facilitate talent mobility in a transparent market, eliminating friction.

We adopt the unique perspective of talent that is always moving from one job to another. Leveraging detailed data and knowledge of the starting point, together with a comprehensive overview of potential new opportunities in the market, this technology finds applications in recruitment, internal mobility and outplacement.

Our unique data-driven system has trained our own AI to understand functions, skills, education and industries, and links those to vacancies and individuals. This way, 8vance’s autonomous matching technology interprets the meaning of structured and unstructured data points and determines the most suitable matches based on numerous variables in different contexts
