Are you a UI/UX Designer and looking to work in a high tech, non-corporate, relaxed environment with flexible hours and a group of very experienced colleagues that are willing to share their knowledge?  Oh, well..You are looking for us!

What does a UI/ UX Designer at Spyhce do? 

  • First, he wakes up in the morning and he drinks his coffee, maybe he can go outside for a walk with his pet/ sports;

  • Returns back at home( 2nd coffee) and he founds enough inspiration to start implementing new aspects in our app;

  • Joins Daily stand-ups (not mandatory) to share his work progress/status with all our team;

  • Joins meetings if it’s needed/ required;

  • Mentor and coach other team members;

  • Recommend improvements in the process;

  • Lunch break;

  • Works together with our experienced FE developers team; 

  • Is having fully freedom to take control in our app’s structure & process in order to become fully responsible in all design process;  

  • Slack huddles/calls with colleagues;

  • You might spend an entire workday refining sketches and wireframes inside our app, or others coding entire mockups in HTML;

  • Put your mark on the product, scale the team, be proactive and bring new ideas in;

  • The product is already there and many clients are using it, you can make a huge impact with your changes;

  • Because of our flexibility, he can solve personal things anytime, just letting us know before, that he needs a short break.

What do we require?

  • 2-3 years of experience in UI/ UX Design (knowledge of their principles);

  • Proficiency with web design tools (Photoshop, Adobe Xd, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma);

  • Graphic design skills;

What would be nice to have as a UI/ UX Designer in Spyhce team?

  • Some front-end programming knowledge: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.;

  • Teamwork and communication skills;

  • Understanding of web standards such as SEO, accessibility, and other protocols;
