What would be nice to have as a Business & People operations assistant in Spyhce team?

A Business & People operations assistant is responsible for the day-to-day operations, including recruiting new employees or processing termination paperwork, preparing compensation packages with company policies set out by law, and fostering healthy workplace practices throughout every department.

  • First, you wake up in the morning and drink your coffee, maybe you can go outside for a walk with your pet/ make sports;

  • You come back home( having the 2nd coffee) or you can join the office space;

  • At 11:00 a.m you can join Daily stand-ups (not mandatory) to share news or updates with the entire team;

  • You have to join meetings if it’s needed/ required;

  • Then, having a Lunch break;

  • You will work together with our experienced developers team & with our colleagues from Venlo office, and learning day-by-day something new, work or non-work related; 

  • Checks our internal tool for paid leaves/ other type of staff leave records), do the daily timekeeping;

  • Having responsibility on some payroll process (invoices, subscriptions, online orders, etc)

  • Checking if office supplies are enough in the office ( tea, coffee, milk, paper towels, etc.); 

  • Because of our flexibility, you can solve personal things anytime, just letting us know beforehand that you need a short break.

  • You will be responsible, in general, for the day-to-day operations, including recruiting new colleagues or processing terminations paperwork, keeping the track for onboarding & off-boarding steps for future/ex colleagues.

What do we require?

  • A great understanding of full-cycle recruiting process;

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar job ( this is a plus, not an elimination criteria);

  • University degree;

  • Proficiency in Google Drive and Microsoft Office tools;

  • Familiarity with national and local legislation;

  • Excelent English level ( writing, talking).
