Spyhce-by 8vance is a young high-tech, big data AI Company, that builds new disruptive hyper-personalised rich data market platforms with our customer-centric AI. We are a ~30 people-strong Dutch-German-Romanian company with its proprietary technology and platforms in Talent Management, Fintech, and Real estate.

We are looking for a QA Team Lead to join our team

  • Good people management skills;

  • Good knowledge of testing metrics;

  • Experience with creating reports;

  • Solid understanding of SDLC processes and QA principles;

  • Knowledge of the Test Levels (Component Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, Acceptance testing) and Test Types (Functional Testing, Non-Functional Testing);

  • Special considerations for general types of testing tools: Test execution tools, Performance testing tools, Static analysis tools, Test management tools;

  • Ability to find faults, ability to read specifications, ability to work efficiently;

  • Experience in testing web and desktop applications;

  • Ability to create and execute test cases;

  • Basic programming skills (Java, Python);

  • Agile knowledge.

Profile requirements

  • Should have 5 years of hands-on experience in Functional testing;

  • Experience working with JIRA/ XRay (or similar);

  • Understanding of relational databases;

  • Experience in functional testing of web-based applications;

  • Familiarity with object-oriented programming.

Nice to have

  • Strong and thorough verbal and written communication skills;

  • Very good English language skills;

  • Strong team player;

  • Analytical thinking, can absorb incomplete facts, can learn quickly on many levels;

  • Ability to think inside and outside of a system specification;

  • Ability to prioritise;

  • Self-organization;

  • Able to work with varied staff members and personalities.
